Initially, you will have a short catch up with Steve, either in a café or at the gym. You'll discuss your current fitness, goals and scheduling. Sometimes this will be combined with your initial session.
Initial session:
Your initial session will consist of fitness testing and measurements and a run-through of some basic exercises. This will help Steve understand your current fitness and experience and provide the basis for future sessions.
First full session:
Steve will take you through your first full training session. This will vary depending on your fitness level and goals. However, it will usually include a warm-up, work set, and cool down. The work set may include strength training or cardio or both.
What should I bring?
You should bring a water bottle, towel and after-training snack. If it is an outdoor session, you should also bring a hat and sunscreen. For your meet & greet, bring along your completed Fitness Questionnaire.
Don't forget to come ready to work and have fun!
What should I wear?
You should wear comfortable exercise clothes and shoes.
How can I pay?
You will need to pay for each session before you train. You can do this via a range of methods including cash, bank transfer and direct debit. Discounts apply for multiple sessions per week or bulk packs of sessions. Gift vouchers are available.
